A:I've got some bad news about the bike you lent me...
 
我有一个坏消息。是关于你借给我的自行车。
 
B:What's that?
 
怎么了？
 
A:I fell on the way to school,and your bike got scratched.I'm really sorry.
 
我在去学校的路上摔倒了，你的自行车划伤了。真的很抱歉。
 
B:Don't worry about it.It's not new.It already has a few scratches.Did you get hurt?
 
别担心，又不是新自行车。而且它上面本来就有 很多划痕了。你伤着了没有？
 
A:No,thank you.
 
没有，谢谢关心。
 
B:That's the most important thing.
 
这才是最重要的。
 
A:It's kind of you to say so.I feel a little stupid.
 
你能这么说真是太好了。我感觉自己有点蠢。
 
B:Forget about it.
 
忘了这事吧。
 
A:When you lent me the bike it looked brand-new,almost,anyway.
 
你借给我自行车的时候，它看上去是全新的，不管怎样，也差不多是全新的。
 
B:Maybe,but really I've fallen a couple of times and it's been hit once or twice as well.
 
也许吧，不过我真的摔过两三次，另外它也被撞过一两次呢。
