B: Hello. I called earlier in the week and spoke to someone in the personal loans department about an overseas study loan. She said to come in as soon as I had the chance，as this must be done in person. I'd like to apply today.

A: You do, I'm afraid. There are 3 ways to do this. You can choose: mortgage, pledge or guarantee mode.
