◎ 英语中的否定疑问句通常不是因为有疑问而问，而是表示：①惊讶、责备、批评等语气；②强烈的肯定语气。

Haven't you read that book？你没有读过那本书吗？（=I'm surprised that you haven't read that book.）

Have you read that book？你读过那本书吗？（只问是否读过）

Don't you know who he is？你难道不知道他是谁吗？（=I'm surprised that you even don't know who he is.）

Do you know who he is？你知道他是谁吗？（问是否知道）

Haven't you got my letter？你没有收到我的信吗？（=I'm surprised that you haven't got the letter which I wrote to you.）

Have you got my letter？你收到我的信了吗？（只问是否收到）

Haven't I told you that？我难道没有把那件事告诉你吗？（责备）
