引导让步状语从句的连词主要有although, though, even if和even though等。比如：I didn't know that then, although I learned it later./Though not large, the room was light and airy./I'm going to expose him even if he's brother of mine.

连词although与though都表示"虽然"，两者常常可换用，只是although比though更为正式。而且，although一般不用作副词，而though可用作副词，且一般放在句末（不放在句首），意为"可是""不过"：It's hard work; I enjoy it though./He is looking fit, though.
