　　have no choice 没有选择的余地

　　字面含义为没有选择 ( choice ) 的余地，表示身不由己的状况，当要表示“不得不做某事”时要使用 have no choice but to+动词的形式。

　　例句：

　　I'm afraid you really have no choice.

　　恐怕你没有选择的余地了。

　　You have no choice in this matter. You just do what you're told.
