Whenever you have something that you bake, such as bread or cookies, it begins with cookie dough. 无论何时你烘焙东西，比如面包或饼干，都是从面团开始的。

Lucy says she shapes the dough. 露西说她捏面团。

To shape, "shape," means to change something - to take something and to make it look different. 塑形，就是改变某样东西——采取某些做法，让它看上去有所变化。

Here, Lucy is shaping "the dough into circles" - into round cookies. 这里，露西正把“面团捏成圆形”——变成圆形的饼干。
