Just do a triple bowline in it,and that will act as two leg loops a chest loop. 打三个单套结就好 两个套到腿上 一个围到胸部

A bowline harness like this is often used by mountain rescue because it's fast and simple to make. 就如同这样 好比降落背带 在山地营救时很常用 因为制作起来简便 快捷
