当你打心底里明白，你有自己想做的事，并且我相信，我们所有人都是有追求的，我们所有人都有自己的使命，我们所有人都有优秀的品质，它赋予我们一个责任，那就是，我们必须证明自己的优秀，在这个时候，你就有可能并且有必要拥有自己的梦想。你必须心怀梦想，你必须为梦想付出努力，你必须提高自己，你必须追求这世间真正属于你的东西。
Every single day when you wake up, you'd better be spending time on your dream. You’d better be spending time. You ain't got time to waste. It is a sense of urgency. It's character. Who you are. It's not the title that makes you. It's not the success that makes you. The character defines success, defines the fame, and it starts right there. They won in thousands of hours in the training room. The laps. The 5 a.m. runs. And when it's raining. And when everyone else is sleeping. That's when. It's 1:00.

In the heart of a champion is a light switch that's always on. It doesn't go on and off when someone's watching. It's constant. It's how you look at something. If your name is attached to it, then you do it right the best of your ability every single time. And the problem of some of you is that you want somebody else to support your dream. It's yours. I don't owe you a dime. It's your dream. If you want it to happen, get your butt up. And make it happen if you want it to happen, rise and grind.
在冠军的心中有一盏永不熄灭的灯，它不会因为他人的关注而受影响。它是常亮的。这跟你看待事物的方式有关。如果事情与你密切相关，那么你每次都会付出百分百的努力。你们有些人的问题，在于你想让别人来支持你的梦想。但，梦想是你的。没有人欠你什么。这是你的梦想。如果你想它成真，你就马上行动。如果你想实现它，立刻站起来，去磨炼自己。
That if you want a thing bad enough, that you will go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it, to give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it. If all that you dream and scheme is about it, and life seems useless and worthless without it, and if you gladly sweat for it, fret for it and plan for it, and lose all your terror of the opposition for it, and if you simply go after that thing that you want with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith, hope and confidence and stern pertinacity. If neither cold poverty, famished and gaunt sickness, or pain of body and brain can keep you away from the thing that you want, now that that's the thing called life. It's that.
如果你真的很想拥有一个东西，你就会用尽全力去争取它，废寝忘食地付出，一切都是为了它。如果你梦想着拥有它，你的生活里全是它，没有它你就感觉生命毫无意义，如果你因为它感到痛并快乐着，做出自己的规划，克服你对那些反对的声音的恐惧，如果你就这样认真地追逐它，你使出全部的能力、长处、智慧、信念、希望、自信、不顾一切的执着，如果连无情的贫穷、饥寒交迫的困窘、身体和心灵遭受的折磨都不能阻挡你追逐你的梦想，那么，没错，这就是我们说的生命力。
It's always changing. Sometimes you're up. Sometimes you're down. I can tell you now. Be aware of that. Things are not gonna work out exactly right. Sometimes they will. Sometimes. And that's when life is just playing a game with you. I don't care how good you are. I don't care how talented you are. I don't care how much you work on yourself. There are some times that things just aren't going right. They just are not going to go right. And there are times when anything can happen, will happen. But during those down moments, that's where the growth takes place. What's where the work is.
变化从未停止。有时你在高峰，有时你在低谷。现在我就可以告诉你这点。你要记住它。事情总不会一帆风顺。有时候确实会很顺利，但也只是有时而已，这种时候命运只是在跟你开玩笑罢了。我不在乎你有多优秀，我不在乎你有多天赋异禀，我不在乎你为了提升自己付出了多少努力。有时候，事情就是不顺利，它们就是不如你意。而且，很多时候，什么都可能发生，什么都会发生。但是，人们正是在这样的低迷时期获得成长和进步。这就是你的努力获得回报的时候。
See anybody can feel good when they have their health. Their bills are paid. And they have happy relationships. Anybody can be positive then. Anybody can have a larger vision then. Anybody can have faith under those kind of circumstances. See, what the real challenge, the real challenge of growth mentally, emotionally and spiritually comes when you get knocked down. That some of you in your life, the reason why you're not blowing up, the reason why you're not successful: you've not learned from the past. You think just because this opportunity is for you. And not every opportunity is for you. All of us have experienced some tragedy. If we haven't, we will. And you can let it destroy your life. Or you can build upon it. You can commit to let you hold you down. Or you can decide I'm not going to let that happen to me. I'm bigger than this.
你看，如果拥有健康，任何人都会感到愉快。没有债务负担，感情也很和谐，那么任何人都会积极向上，任何人都能眼界开阔。在这样的情况下，任何人都会拥有信念。你看，真正的挑战是什么？当你被打倒的时候，真正的心理上、情感上、精神上的挑战就会袭来。对于你们有的人而言，你没能进取、没能成功，是因为你没有从过去吸取经验。你理所当然地认为这机会就是专属于你的。然而并不，并不是每个机会都是为你准备的。我们所有人都曾经历很糟糕的事。就算我们还没有经历过，日后迟早也是会遇到的。你可以就这样让它摧毁你的生活，你也可以借此成长。你可以妥协，让它把你打倒，你也可以果敢地说，我不会让它打倒我，我比它强多了！
It's not going to be easy. When you want to change, it's not easy. If it were, in fact easy everybody would have done it. But if you're serious, you go all out. We all fall down in life. The question is who gets back up. Forgive and grow. You're about to separate yourself from the path. And you're about to be on top. If you want to begin to move into your own personal greatness, you've got to be willing to go against the tide. You've got to be willing to harness your will and say, in spite of this, I'm in control here. I'm not gonna let this get me down. I'm not gonna let this destroy me.
这不是一件容易的事。你想要做出改变，这不容易。事实上，如果这很容易，那么每个人都做得到。但是，如果你足够认真，那你就会竭尽全力。在生活中，我们都会栽跟头。重要的是要能重新站起来。去释怀，去成长。你将要自己走另一条路。你将会登上高峰。如果你想证明自己的能力，那你就要勇于逆流而上。你要利用自己的意志，向世界宣告，虽然眼前困难重重，但我终将驾驭一切。我不会让它将我打倒。我不会让它毁了我。
It's not your circumstances or your situations that determine if you're going to be successful or not. I've been telling you that that is your mindset. It's the way you see it. It's the way you think it. Your mind is the battleground. Touch somebody and tell them the enemy is after your mind. The enemy is out to worry you to death, out to stress you to death, out to break you down, out to make you quit, out to make you think that you can't get up, out to make you give up on your dreams.
你的条件或者你的处境并不能决定你是否会成功。我一直在跟你说，你的心态才是决定性因素。你怎么看待一切，你对事情的看法，这才是最关键的。你的头脑就是一片战场。去告诉别人，你的敌人就在你的心里。这个敌人让你感到极度忧虑，给你施加巨大的压力，它要打倒你，要让你退缩，要让你认为自己再也不能重振旗鼓，要让你放弃你的理想。
The warfare is in your mind. It's not on your checkbook. And it's not in your savings account. It's not on your job. The fight that you've got to fight is in your mind. And if you whip it in your head, you can whip it in your checkbook. You can whip it on your job. You can whip it out of your children. But you got to drive it out of your head first. I'm coming back. And I'll be stronger and better because of it. You have got to make this declaration that this is what you stand for. Standing up for peace of mind.
真正的战争就在你的心里。它和你的支票本无关，和你的银行账户无关，和你的工作无关。你要去迎接的战斗，就在你的心里。如果你能打赢这场仗，你就能摆脱财务上的压力，你就能扫清事业上的障碍，你就能让你的孩子免受这样的折磨。但是，你首先要在你心里的这场战斗中取得胜利。我凯旋而归，这场战斗使我变得更加强大。你要向全世界宣布这一点，这是你的立场。你要誓死保卫这难得的内心的平静。
You're standing up for health. You're standing up for your dreams. You want it and you're going to go all out to have it. Let it go and begin to focus on developing yourself. And I say to you. You're gonna have people that do things to you. Things are gonna happen to you. And the most important thing to do is to harness your will and let it go and move, so you can grow, so you can get on with your life. In the end it doesn't matter what happens to you. what matters is what are you going to do about it.
你将会为健康而战，你将会为梦想而战。你想拥有它，你会为了它全力以赴。放下过去，专注于提升自己。我要告诉你，人们会向你伸出援手。好事会在你身上发生。最重要的，是要磨炼心智，对过去释怀，往前走，这样你才能成长，这样你才能让生活变得更好。最终，你会明白，重要的不是发生了什么，而是你如何去应对。
