Let's talk about stress and being stress-free. This is the moment in which you are either enjoying or not enjoying your life. What you are thinking now is creating the way you feel in your body now and your experiences tomorrow. If you are stressing yourself out over every little thing and making mountains out of molehills, you will never find inner peace. We talk a lot about stress these days. Everyone seems to be stressed out by something.

 

我们再来谈谈压力和无压力。在这个时刻里,你可能享受生活,也可能并不享受它。你现在的想法决定了你当下的感受以及你明天的经历。如果你在每一件小事上都给自己太大的压力,小题大做,那你永远不会获得内心的平静。如今,我们总是聊到压力,好像每个人都因为某些事感到压力山大。

 

Stress seems to be a buzzword and we use it to the point where I think it's a cop-out. I'm so stressed. Or this is so stressful. All there's stress, stress, stress. I think that stress is a fearful reaction to life's constant changes. It is an excuse we often use for not taking responsibility for our own feelings. If we can put the blame out there on someone or something, then we can just play the innocent victim. But being the victim doesn't make us feel good and it doesn't change the situation. Often, we are stressing ourselves because we have our priorities mixed up. So many of us feel that money is the most important thing in our lives. But this is not true.

压力貌似是一个热词,我们频繁地使用这个词,以至于它变成了一个借口。我压力好大。这压力也太大了。压力无处不在。我认为压力其实是我们对生活中的变化的恐惧。我们总是用压力作为不愿意为自己的情绪负责的借口。如果我们能把责任推到某个人或某件事身上,那我们就可以当一个无辜的受害者了。然而,作为受害者,我们并不好受,而且这并不能改变现状。在很多时候,我们给自己太多的压力,是因为我们无法分清主次。太多人把金钱看做人生中最重要的东西,但这并不是正确的。

 

There is something far more important and precious to us without which we could not live. What is that? It's our breath. Our breath is the most precious substance in our lives. And yet we totally take for granted when we exhale that our next breath will be there. If we did not take another breath, we would not last three minutes. Now if the power that created us has given us enough breath to last as long as we shall live, can we not trust life that everything else we need will also be supplied?

对于我们来说,有一个东西比金钱重要得多、珍贵得多,没有它,我们就活不下去。是什么呢?是我们的呼吸。在我们的生命中,呼吸是最重要的东西。然而,我们把呼吸当作自己理所应当拥有的东西,当我们呼气的时候,我们觉得下一口气肯定会紧接着到来。如果我们不吸下一口气的话,几分钟之内我们就会一命呜呼。如果,那创造了我们的生命的神奇力量给了我们足够的呼吸,足够我们用一辈子,那么我们是否也可以相信,一切都会有的?

 

When we trust life to take care of us and all our little problems, then stress just melts away. You do not have time to waste on negative thinking or emotions because that only creates more of what you say you don't want. If you are doing some positive affirmations and you are not getting the results you want, then check to see how often during the day you allow yourself to feel bad, to be upset. These emotions are probably exactly what is frustrating you and delaying the manifestation of your affirmations and stopping the flow of your good. The next time you realize how stressed you are, ask yourself what is scaring you.

当我们将自己以及自己的一些小问题放心地交给人生时,压力就会烟消云散。你完全没有时间去浪费在消极的想法和感受,因为这只会带来你不想要的东西。如果你确实让自己的想法变得积极了,但是却没有得到理想的结果,那就反思一下,一天中有多少时间你是允许自己感到难过和沮丧的。也许,这些情绪正是让你消极的原因,它们让你的积极想法失效,阻止了你生命中那些美好品质的自然流动。下一次你意识到自己的压力有多大时,问问自己,你到底在害怕什么?

 

Stress is just fear. It's that simple. You do not need to be afraid of life or afraid of your own emotions. Find out what you are doing to yourself that is creating this fear within you. Your inner goal is joy and harmony and peace. Harmony is being at peace with yourself. It is not possible to have stress and inner harmony at the same time. When you are at peace you do one thing at a time and you don't let things get to you. When you feel stressed, do something to release the fear. Breathe deeply or go for a brisk walk. Remind yourself that I am the only power in my world, and I create a peaceful, loving, joyful, fulfilling life.

压力不过是恐惧而已,就这么简单。你不需要害怕生活,不需要害怕你自己的情绪。想一想,是你对自己做了什么,才导致你感到恐惧。你内心的目标应该是快乐、和谐和平静。和谐意味着与自己和平共处。压力和内心的平静是不可能共存的。当你感到平静时,你会专注于一件事,一件一件地来,你不会让外物左右自己。当你感到有压力时,做一些能消除恐惧的事情。深呼吸,或者出去走走。要告诉自己,在我的世界里,我是唯一的主导,我创造平静的、充满爱的、快乐的、令我满意的生活。

 

You want to move through life feeling safe. Don't give a little word like stress a lot of power. Don't use it as an excuse to create tension in your body. Nothing, no person, place or thing has any power over you. You are the only thinker in your mind. And it is your thoughts that create your life. So train yourself to think thoughts that make you feel good. That way you will always be creating your life out of joy and enjoy. Joy always brings more to be joyous about.

安然的生活,是你想要的。不要让压力这种小事支配你。不要把压力当做借口,去给自己制造太多的焦虑。任何事,任何人,任何地方,都无法左右你。在你的思维世界里,你是唯一的思想家。你的想法造就了你的生活。那么,训练自己,让自己想一些愉悦的东西。这样,你就会一直让你的生活充满愉悦,并且你能享受生活。快乐会带来更多的快乐,这是良性循环。

 

Affirmations for a stress-free life: I let go of all fear and doubt. And life becomes simple and easy for me. I create a stress-free world for myself. I relax all my neck muscles and I let go of any tension in my shoulders. I slowly breathe in and out and I find myself relaxing more and more with each breath. I am a capable person and I can handle anything that comes my way. I am centered and focused. I feel more secure each day. I am safe when I express my feelings. I can be serene in any situation. I am comfortable with my finances. I am always able to pay my bills on time. I trust myself to deal with any problems that arise during the day. I realize that stress is only fear. I now release all fears. I am in the process of making positive changes in all areas of my life.
