California's governor says the nation's largest state has finally turn the corner. Scott Dectroll, number station KQED reports governor Brown wants to increase California _1_ by more than 8 billion dollars.

Christie, who announced the fire of his deputy chief of staff, later traveled to Fort Lee in New Jersey to apologize personally to mayor Mark Sokolich.Sokolich accepted the governor's apology though he noticed that an investigation is on the way.
