如果我们eat like bird，就有迹象表明我们的身体处于也健康状态，没有胃口吃东西。如果我们eat like a horse，吃得太多而会导致肠胃不舒服，也就没有胃口吃东西，我们的身体就处于非健康状态。

在这个句子中我们可以听到关于“燕麦”(oats)的一个短语：be off one's oats。
