礼仪规则

确认要在前一天（a day in advance）进行。如果有变动，这个时候就应该明确提出。别提前三天就打电话（有些变化不可预知），或者当天才打，这会让人觉得你组织不力。确认电话要礼貌、简短，要感激对方抽出时间来帮你确认信息。
