安排旅游时首先要了解来宾的爱好，然后根据他们的不同爱好安排不同的旅游景点。

此外，要安排好合适的导游人选。游览之前，可以向来宾简要介绍游览地点，使他们对景点有个大致的了解。在游览过程中，来宾也会提出各种各样的问题，因此接待人员要提前搜集好有关景点的详细介绍，这样给来宾讲解时才能重点突出，引人入胜。
