3. 查询座位

4. 向客人介绍餐厅情况及政策

1) We're open round the clock./We're open 24 hours.

我们全天(24小时)营业。

2) Our restaurant opens at 6:00 in the morning, and closes at 00:00 at night.

3) Please be aware that the reservation will be kept for 30 minutes after the reserved time. It means that you ordered a table for 6:30, and we will hold the table for you till 7:00 p.m. We will give it to other guests after 7:00 p. m.
