1. 顾客抱怨

1) I'd like to make a complaint about your restaurant service. The waiter was very rude.

我要投诉你们的餐厅服务。侍者态度很粗鲁。

2) The steak was recommended, but it is not very fresh.

尽管牛排是你们的拿手菜,可是它并不新鲜。

3) The chicken is overdone.

这鸡烧的太老了。

4) The dishes have no taste at all.

2. 处理投诉时常用语句

1) We'll try our best to solve the problem.

2) I'm sure the waiter didn't mean to be rude. Perhaps he didn't understand you correctly.

3) I'm sorry, sir. There must be some misunderstanding.
