1. 日常生活服务

1) We also offer wheelchair and walking stick. Please contact the Luggage Room if you need.

1) Please dial“6” to contact with the operator and confirm your wake-up time.

2) We provide you with the comprehensive secretarial service, such as typewriting in Chinese or in English, fax and copy service, e-mail service, booking ticket, mailing, etc.

3) There are 8 various conference rooms that can hold 10 to 200 persons on the 8th floor. If you need, please contact the marketing & sales department.

4) If you have things lost, please contact Housekeeping. We will keep the lost things for 3 months. Perishable goods will be kept 3 days. We are entitled to deal with them beyond the deadline.

3. 电话网络服务

1) Every room is equipped with the direct international and domestic dialing system. If you want to make a long distance call, please check the Telephone Directory or dial “6” for help.

每个房间都配备长途直拨国际和国内电话系统。如要拨打长途电话,可先参阅《电话服务指南》或拨“6”请总机接线员协助。

2) The guest rooms have broadband and wireless internet access. You can surf on the internet in your room free.

酒店客房为您提供无线及宽带免费上网服务。

3) You have to pay for the calls you dialed. So please pay attention especially when you make a long distance call.

拨打长途电话时,请小心拨号,因为所有拨通电话均收费。

4) If you'd like to keep the room number secret and avoid being disturbed by telephone, please press the key of “DND” on the wall and contact the Operator by “6”.

5) If you want to dial other guests, please dial the room numberdirectly. To make a call to Room 1288, you can dial 1288 directly.

6) Please dial“0” first. After you have heard the dial tone, dial the number you want.

先拨“0”接通外线,听到拨号音后,接着拨打您所需要的电话号码。
