1 Where is it from? 中的from 表示“出生，出处”。
I like this black cat. Where is it from ? 我喜欢这只黑猫。它是在哪儿出生的？

2 Who is it from? 中的from 表示“来自”。另外，在英语口语中常用who，用whom太正式。
