woman:Fine,thanks. I'm phoning about the marketing conference . I'd like to check some details before I send you the letter of confirmation.
man:Sure, go ahead.
woman: So the conference will be held on September 25th to 27th...for 37 delecates and all of the delecates will require commadation for two nights. You will have the use of one conference room, plus smaller seminar room. Is that correct?
man:Yes,that sounds right.
woman:Now there's just one thing that I'm not sure about.Did you say to want the delecates to pay their room borrow phone bills before they depart?
man:No, just the phone bills.
woman:So all drink should go on the must account.
man:That's right.Yes.
woman:Fine.That's all I need to know. Thanks.
man:And you're going to be on the hotel at the time of the conference.
