由……来决定

[句型解析]
当你要别人来做出决定的时候，你是否知道用“It’s up to you.”这个句型呢？它的意思是“由你决定”。“It’s up to...” 还有一个意思是“是……的职责”。

[实例]
1. A: Do you want to eat a Western or Chinese meal?
吃西餐还是中餐？
B: It’s up to you.
由你决定。
2. It’s up to us to help those in need.

Father: I’m looking forward to our son’s graduation this weekend.
