不管……

[句型解析]
“Whether or not...”在此处不是“是否”的意思，而是表示让步“不管”之意。我们也可以说“Whether...or not”。

[实例]
1. Whether it rains or not, we’ll hold the sports meet.
不管下不下雨，我们都将举行运动会。
2. They’ll find out the truth, whether or not you tell it to them.
