产生这种现象的原因在于事实上越来越多的大学生有隐秘的心理问题。在大学里表现优异和就业的不确定性使大学生备感压力。没有家长及时的帮助或老师充分的指导，他们不知道如何处理这些问题。因此，心理健康问题对大学生来说至关重要。一方面，受抑郁侵扰的学生可能会在咨询老师的指导下感到宽慰。另一方面，心理健康教育会帮助学生了解一些缓解压力的办法。

依我个人看来，在这个充满竞争的社会里拥有健康的心理非常重要。有了健康的心理，大学生才能挑战一切困难，并且能够在生活中养成健康的生活方式和积极的人生态度。
