学生的兼职工作

对于学生而言，兼职工作有很多好处。例如，它能够使学生认识到，没有付出就没有收获。这使他能够独立，树立自信心。因此，兼职工作能够让学生们走出象牙塔，使他们有机会更多地了解自己及个人在社会中的价值。

由于事物都具有两面性，兼职工作的缺点亦不容忽视。首先，兼职工作缩短了学生的学习时间。其次，一些学生全身心投入到赚钱当中，这样便无法将注意力集中在学习上。最后，学生可能会落后他人，甚至荒废学业。

就个人而言，我相信学生可按自身条件决定是否选择兼职。最重要的一点是，保持一个良好的平衡状态，将学业放在首位，安排足够的时间用于学习。
