Dear Xiao Ming，

I've heard that your parents disapproved of your desire to substitute the latest iPhone 6S plus for your worn-out cell phone，which made you annoyed．From my perspective，they're right and you shouldn't blame them for it．

First and foremost，there is no need to follow the trend．As the products of the Apple are，indeed，growing in popularity，we adolescents，who will never want to be out of date，should resist the temptation of following fashion．Ask yourself whether an iPhone 6S plus is a necessity for you or it's just a tool to show off．The latter might be the main reason your parents disagreed with you．

Secondly，never take it for granted that your parents have the obligation to buy everything you want for you．Should you step into society，you would find it hard to earn money．They have brought you up and hope that you will be successful one day，so you should live up to their expectation instead of still acting as a child．You should think more of them．

Last but not least，if you really need a cell phone at present，surf on the Internet and choose a not so fancy but useful one．If you still want an iPhone 6S plus，take some part-time jobs in your leisure time and save some money from now on．Your parents will also be glad to see you make a change．

All in all，you should depend on yourself as you're going to be a real adult．Stop thinking like a child and consider more about your parents．
