The picture above gives us some food for thought．In the middle of the picture stands a vat with some loopholes，through which the water leaks out．Two people are using buckets to carry the water poured out away while the other two are busy pouring into the vat，sweat streaming over their faces．

The vat with many loopholes represents the difficulties we come across in our real life，which can be conquered only by finding the origin of the problem and solve it．None of the four people in the picture intend to repair the vat instead of doing useless work，which is why their diligence gets no fruit．As is often the case，we always get a closer idea of the situation and lack a detailed plan before we act，thus leading to the failure however many efforts we make．

From my perspective，we can get rid of such trouble by acting on the steps as follows．First，it is imperative that you should think clearly and make out what the critical part of the problem is．If you fail to get clues，go to your friends or parents for suggestions．Only in this way can you find the loopholes in your vat．In the second place，spare no effort to block up the loopholes，which means that you must focus all your attention on the critical point instead of taking care of unimportant things．Last but not least，have the confidence in yourself that you're bound to overcome the current difficulty and achieve success through your hard work．

All in all，the key to success lies not only in diligence but also in wisdom and only by combining them together can you get achievements．
