Memories are like beautiful shells shining on the beach．I walk on the beach and pick one of the shells up which is called “childhood” and the memory of my young age starts flowing into my mind．

When I was a little child，I always stayed with my grandparents because of my parents' busy work．Never could I forget those happy time I spent together with my grandparents．I learned to ride a bicycle with the help of my grandfather．At first，a bike with four wheels was used so that I could keep balance easily．But grandpa thought it was not a real bike，so he took the two small wheels away and taught me to ride it．To my surprise，I wasn't hurt during the process of learning and I thought it was grandpa that protected me all the time．He always gave me some sweets，the taste of which I could still remember—sweet，warm and satisfied．Grandma was good at cooking，especially making dumplings．I liked to play with flour and grandma smiled at me every time I mask my face covered with flour．My memory fixed on that moment when smile appeared on everyone's face．

I don't think my childhood is more special or colorful than anyone else's but it's a great wealth to my whole life，beautifying my life like shells．It brings me a feeling of warmth，harmony and the most importantly，love．
