Many clothes recycling bins have appeared in communities around the city. These bins are used for collecting old clothes from citizens（市民）. Some old clothesare sent to needypeople and othersare sent to factoriesfor recycling. In the past two weeks,as many as two thousand peoplehave donated（捐赠）their old clothes.
