Mr. Wu:I hope so.Miss Zhang,now let me tell you your definite duties here.This is your desk.Please sit down here.
Miss Zhang:Thank you.
Mr. Wu:Miss Zhang,your main duty is to answer phone calls and transfer them to the person wanted.
Miss Zhang:I see.What if the person wanted is out?
Mr. Wu:In that case,you are responsible to ask the caller to leave a message.
Miss Zhang:Is there anything else I should do?
Mr. Wu:Yes,you are responsible for keeping all the files in order.

Miss Shen:Let me look at the plan.Ah,yes,Mr. Haley.We'll visit Ford Company in the morning from 8:30 to 10:00.After 10:00.the deputy general manager of the company,Mr. Blake ,will drive us to the hotel,At the seme time,he'll talk something about the company with you.
Mr. Haley:Is there anything else befor luchtime,Miss Shen?
