It's a very mean and nasty place,and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there if you let it.

它是个相当下流龌齰的地方, 而且我不在乎你有多强悍，它会将你击倒并且让你永远无法再次振作。

You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.But it ain't about how hard you hit.

你，我，任何人可以攻击地像人生考验一样地残酷。但重点不是你出拳多有力

It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

而是在于你能承受多重的打击，而且继续的走下去，在于你能程受更多的打击并且继续向前。这才叫做胜利!

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year,but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

痛苦是短暂的。它可能持续一分钟，或者一小时，或一天，甚至一年。但是最终它会消失的，而且某些东西会取代他的位置, 但是如果我放弃了，然而，痛苦将永远地持续下去。

The margin for error is so small...

Don't be afraid to fail.

You can’t always win, but don’t afraid of making decisions.

You have to believe that something different can happen.

He who says he can...And he who says he can’t are both usually right

那些说他一定能做到的, 跟那些说他一定做不到的人们，这两者通常都是对的。

Most of you said that you want to be successful, but you don’t want it bad.

很多人说你想要成功，但是你并非真的很想要。你只是稍微想要而已。

You just kinda want it.

You don’t want it as much as you want to be cool.

你没有比耍酷更想要成功。

Most of you don’t want success as much as you want to sleep!

大部份的人没有想要成功到如同对睡眠需求一样强烈!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

我们最深的恐惧不是我们能力不足

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

而是我们自己的力量无边无际

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

是我们的自身光芒让我们感到害怕，而不是黑暗。

You have to dig deep down, dig deep down and ask yourselves,Who do you want to be?

你们得深深挖掘，深深挖掘并问问自己，你们想成为什么样的人?

Figuring out for yourselves what makes you happy,

找出什么让自己真正的快乐，

no matter how crazy it may sound to other people.

不管在别人的眼里这是多么的疯狂。

Make a choice.

做个决定，就这样决定，

Just decide, what it’s gonna be, who you’re gonna be, how you are going to do it. Just decide.

就单纯地下决定，什么样的决定，你要成为什么样的人，你要怎么样去做。就这样决定。

Why not? Why can't I be MVP of the league? Why can't I be the best player in the league? I don’t see why. Why, why can't I do that?

为何不能?为什么我不行当联盟的最有价值球员?为什么我无法成为联盟中最棒的球员我看不出原因为何?为什么我不能那样?

What is it you said to the kid? It ain't about how hard you hit.

你是怎么说给你小孩听的?重点不是你出拳多有力，

It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.

而是在於你能承受多重的打擊，而且繼續的走下去，

And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us... or...we can fight our way back into the light.

To be able at any moment...Sacrifice what you are for what you will become.

Most of you won't be successful because when you're studying, and you get tired, you quit.

大部份你不会成功因为你开始念书你就累了，然后你逃避了。

‘I’m not good in math.’ That’s right, because you never study!

你说你不擅长数学?没错，因为你根本没认真念过嘛

‘I’m no good in rhyme.’ Because you never write before!

你说你写作不好，因为你以前从来不写。

Talent you have naturally.Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft.

才能你天生拥有。但是技艺只会从日积月累地雕琢而来。

If you are not making someone else’s life better, you’re wasting your time.

如果你不是在改善别人的生活，那么你是在浪费你的时间。

Don't cry to quit, cry to keep going.

别哭着要放弃。要哭着继续前进。

Don’t cry to quits.You already in pain, you already hurt. Get a reward from it.

别哭着要退出。你已经处在痛苦之中。你已经受了伤。要从中获得奖励。

If you know what you're worth, go and get what you're worth!But you gotta be willing to take the hits,

于是，如果你知道自己的价值，去争取你应得的!你必须愿意承受打击

and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!

而不是只著別人說是因為他或是她或任何人讓你無法達成目標!懦夫才那麼做，而那不是你!

Cowards do that, and that ain't you!
