In General, kids don’t like to go to sleep. They always think of excuses and reasons why they don’t wanna go to bed. In our house, we have quiet time before bed time. It’s a time when the kids get to read and do things that are quiet. They are not supposed to run around anymore. Along with quiet time, the best way to get the kids ready for bed is to turn on some soothing music. It never fails to help them lying down and eventually to go to dreamland. When I write, I like to listen thto music that doesn’t have any words. It helps me to focus. When I am driving, I like any kind of music. I might be in the mood for classical or country or pop or whatever. I enjoy a wide variety of music. Music is really powerful. It can lift your spirits when you’re down. It can move you when your heart is cold. It can aspire you to push your limits when exercising. It can help you relax after a stressful day. Music is a big part of my life. I think our lives are like movies, and without the soundtrack to go along with it, the movie is a bit bland.
