Why is it so difficult to fall asleep when you are overtired？ There is no one answer that applies to every individual. But many people fail to note the distinction between fatigue —— physical tiredness —— and sleepiness， the inability to stay awake. It's possible to feel.

Most people believe that mental illness is rare ，but studies show mental illness affects one in every 5 persons ，persons of every race，men and women，young and old ，the poor and the rich.
多数人认为精神病罕见，但研究表明这种疾病影响五分之一的人？各个种族，男人和女人，年青人和老年人，穷人和富人。

Mental illness may involve problems in operation of the brain. The disorder may make a person's action or thinking different from that of other people .This may affect him at work ，at home or in relations with family members .

Mental illness develop much earlier in life than once believed .Warning signs include sudden problems in school ，lots of worries， fears ，difficulties facing daily activities，aggression or severe concern about becoming fat .Many mentally ill children do not receive treatment .Some parents and teachers mistake mental illness for a problem that will disappear as a child grows up.

In the U.S. at least 12% of young Americans suffer from mental disorder or emotional problems .The true number could be as high as 20% .A lot of problems are affecting American children. They include developmental problems that slow education and learning，emotional disorder such as tension，depression and anti-docial actions.Some children with these problems develop eating disorders or start using illegal drugs .One report says ，“Mental disorders are robbing American society of productive citizens.”

Early treatment can help both mentally ill children and adults become happy，productive memebers of society .80-90% of theose suffering from mental depression react quickly to treatment.As many as 80% of those suffering from schizophrenia and manic depressive diaorder can be also helped too.
早期治疗能够帮助患有精神病的儿童和成年人成为社会上幸福愉快，具有生产能力的成员。80？90%患精神抑郁症的病人能对治疗迅速做出反应。早期治疗对高达80%的精神分裂症和狂郁精神病患者也能有所帮助。
