二、特殊疑问句
特殊疑问句（special question），是用来对句子中某一特殊部分提出问题的疑问句，一般以疑问词（疑问代词或疑问副词）开始。疑问词绝大多数以wh-开始，如what，who，which，when，where，why等，所以这种疑问句也可以叫wh-疑问句（wh-question）。特殊疑问句句尾多用降调。
Who is your good friend？你的好朋友是谁？
What can you do in the park？你在公园里能干什么？
How many oranges do you have？你有几个橘子？
Where were you this morning？今天早上你在哪里？
（一）特殊疑问句的结构
特殊疑问句的一般构成：疑问词+一般疑问句？
Lucy is watching TV in the living room.
（一般疑问句：Is Lucy watching TV in the living room？）
特殊疑问句：What is Lucy doing in the living room？
I read books every night.
（一般疑问句：Do you read books every night？）
特殊疑问句：What do you do every night？
Jack is studying in the library .
（一般疑问句：Is Jack studying in the library ？）
特殊疑问句：Where is Jack studying？
Peter has breakfast at 7：00 every day.
（一般疑问句：Does Peter have breakfast at 7：00 every day？）
特殊疑问句：When does Peter have breakfast every day？
Lucy went to school by underground this morning.
（一般疑问句：Did Lucy go to school by underground this morning？）
特殊疑问句：How did Lucy go to school this morning？
I brush my teeth twice a day .
（一般疑问句：Do you brush your teeth twice a day ？）
特殊疑问句：How often do you brush your teeth？
（二）常见疑问词的用法
常见的疑问词有：what （what colour/what shape/what season/what kind of ...），when，who，where，which，whose，why，how （how many/how much/how often/how old/how long）。
1.what表示“什么”，用来询问什么（物品）、（干）什么、职业。

2.who表示“谁”，用来询问某人。
Miss Lopez teaches us English this year.
Who teaches you English this year？
Donald Trump is the President of the USA.
Who is the Present of the USA？
That boy with a blue school bag is my new classmate .
Who is that boy with a blue school bag？
3.whose表示“谁的”，用来询问属于谁。
This is Miss Fang's bicycle.
Whose bicycle is this？
This computer is Jack's .
Whose is this computer？
His shoes are blue.
Whose shoes are blue？
4.when/what time表示“何时”，用来询问时间。what time 所询问的时间比较精确，指“几点钟”，when所表示的时间范围广，询问“几点钟”时，两者可以互换。
Scott goes to work at 7：30 every day.
What time/When does Scott go to work every day？
It's 2：30 .
What time is it？（注：询问现在的时间，只能用what time）
Zootopia will be on at City Cinema next week .
When will Zootopia be on at City Cinema？
I played football with my father yesterday afternoon .
When did you play football with your father？
Jack reads books before he goes to sleep .
When does Jack read books？
5.where表示“哪里”，用来询问地点。
I come from Shanghai .
Where do you come from？
Lucy is going to take a trip in Sanya next month.
Where is Lucy going to take a trip next month？
Peter went to the zoo .
Where did Peter go？（注：go to句中，问句中把to省略）
We were at the beach last Wednesday.
Where were you last Wednesday？
The students are playing basketball in the park .

6.which表示“哪一个（些）”，在一定范围内进行选择。
The yellow bicycle is Lucy's.
Which bicycle is Lucy's？
The hat on the chair is mine.
Which hat is yours？
I like the blue coat.
Which coat do you like？
We want to see Big Hero 6 .
Which film do you want to see，Zootopia or Big Hero 6 ？
7.how表示“如何”，用来询问方式、程度、工具、天气、健康等。
I always go to school by underground .
How do you go to school？
It's warm and rainy in spring.
How's the weather in spring？
The food in that restaurant is delicious .
How 's the food in that restaurant？
My grandmother is much better .
How is your grandmother？
8.why表示“为什么”，询问原因。
I like pandas because they're cute .
Why do you like pandas？
Jack was late for school because he had a stomachache .

9.how many表示“多少”，询问数量，后面接可数名词复数。
There is a big window in the kitchen.
How many big windows are there in the kitchen？
Farmer MacDonald has twenty chicks on his farm.
How many chicks does Farmer MacDonald have on his farm？
The little boy ate two ice creams yesterday.
How many ice creams did the little boy eat yesterday？
There are thirty-one days in January.

10.how much表示“多少”，询问价格和量，询问“量”时后面接不可数名词。
The milk is $1.12 .
How much is the milk？/How much does the milk cost？
Two packets of sweets are $6.50 .
How much are two packets of sweets？/How much do two packets of sweets cost？
The tigers eat 10 pounds of meat every day.
How much meat do tigers eat every day？
I drank a little milk this morning.

11.how often表示“多久一次”，询问频率。
We clean our windows every month .
How often do you clean your windows？
Our grandchildren call us every Saturday .
How often do your grandchildren call you？
Dave sometimes watches game shows.

My wife usually does yoga.
How often does your wife do yoga？
I brush my teeth twice a day .
