Concerts can change lives, as New Kids on the Block member Donnie Wahlberg was reminded in a recent interview.

And we just happened to see the sign, took selfies with it, posted it, and another fan donated her kidney," Wahlberg said.

Wahlberg is most likely referring to Orange County teacher Theresa Crockett, who had Polycystic kidney disease and was looking for a donor for two years when she attended a NKOTB show last August. She brought with her a sign that said she was seeking a donor while her son made a viral TikTok video explaining her story.
