Behar kicked off Tuesday's episode by calling the former president a "sociopath" for allegedly falling asleep in a Manhattan court room on Monday amid his ongoing hush money criminal trial. Griffin, who worked for Trump's communications team at the White House before resigning in 2020, speculated that the case isn't holding his attention like, she estimated, a separate case related to the Jan. 6 insurrection will.

"I know how you guys feel about [former candidate] Nikki Haley, but say it was Nikki Haley, she'd be criss-crossing the country. She'd be in two states a day, in battlegrounds, talking about what voters want to hear about. We're not getting that. It's honestly such a disservice to the American public that this is what we have."
