Victor：what do you do?就是我们在问别人职业的时候常说的一句话。
Nancy：now listen to my pronunciation. What daya what daya what daya do?
Victor：What daya do?
Nancy：good! This is the way we ask someone about their job.
“what daya do?”， it’s short for “what do you do for a living，”
but we don’t say “for a living” anymore.
Victor：great! 我喜欢现在的英语，越说越“短”啦!
Nancy，what daya do? 对了，你挣多少钱呢?
Nancy：It’s always okay to ask someone about their job， it shows you’re interested in them. But you never， ever ask someone how much money they make.
Victor：大家明白了吗?问what daya do?不会冒犯别人，但是可千万不能问别人挣多少钱!
