要说教2-5岁的孩子很像训练宠物好像不大中肯,但事实就是这样。你要管教他们。也就是说,当他们做得对时,要予以表扬;做得不对时,要进行纠正。对于那些做对的孩子,我会与他们击掌,发给他们贴纸,而对于学得比较慢的孩子,则另花时间一对一地教。如果他们乱动,挖鼻孔,与其他孩子说话等等,我就会采取些措施,如让他们拿着自己的椅子站上几分钟(我前面提到过椅子对于他们来说是何等的重要)。

It sounds disingenuous to say but the truth is that teaching two, three, four and five year olds is a lot like training a pet. They need to be disciplined. This involves praise when behavior is in accord with what is desired and correction when it is not. I give out plenty of high-fives and stickers when kids get it right and take extra time one-on-one with the slower kids. When the children start to mess around, pick their nose, talk to other kids, etc. I will do something like make them stand in the place and take their chair for a few minutes (As I saidbefore how the chair is of great importance to the kids).
