农业部将开展农业品牌提升行动

The Ministry of Agriculture will launch an agricultural brand improvement campaign this year. The campaign aims to strengthen agricultural brand recognition, in order to build a batch of agricultural brands with wide social influence.

农业部今年将开展农业品牌提升行动，提升品牌塑造能力，打造一批有影响力的农业品牌。

农业品牌建设(agricultural brand building)既是农业高质量发展的重要引领，也是农业高质量发展(high-quality agricultural development)的重要标志。农业的高质量发展必须要以品牌建设为引领，从顶层设计到各个环节系统地部署推动，最终将资源优势转化为产业优势和市场优势(transform the agricultural resource advantages into industrial and market advantages)。

农业部正在研究制定中国农业品牌目录(agricultural brand catalogue)，引导和组织第三方机构实施品牌目录征集、审核推荐、评价认定和培育保护;依托中国特色农产品优势创建工作，推动每个特优区塑强一个特色农产品区域公用品牌(build regional brands for local agricultural specialties)。

同时，农业部还将开展多层次的品牌培训，提升各地培育、营销、管理能力(training sessions to improve cultivation, marketing and management capabilities);在首批62个中国特优区探索建立特色农产品区域公用品牌黑红名单制度( "red list" and "black list" system of regional special agricultural product brands)，鼓励各地加强对品牌授权使用主体的品牌使用行为进行监管保护。
