Well, I think that these problems of teenagers getting into troubles with a law is mainly caused by unemployment. You see, because of the high level of the unemployment, so many teenagers nowadays leave school and find that they have no choice of getting a job. And this obviously makes them feel bored and frustrated. And other result of this, they’re much likely to get drunk and so on. Another thing of cause is that you get groups of unemployed teenagers wondering around streets with nothing to do which can easily lead to trouble of one sort or another.

额，我认为青少年违反法律的这些问题主要是由失业造成的。你看，由于高水平的失业率，所以现在很多青少年退学后发现他们没能找到一份工作做。这显然让他们觉得无聊和失意。这样的另一个后果是他们很可能喝醉酒等等。另一个原因是你雇佣一群群在街头游荡无所事事的无业青年很容易招来这样或那样的麻烦。
