[01:13.42] Here are four surgery free techniques that can bring a youthful appearance. [01:18.07] Retinoid: Natural compounds from vitamin A, retinoids treat brown spots and superficial wrinkles. [01:28.18] When used regularly, topical cream containing retinoids reduce fine lines, roug skin and other signs of ageing. [01:36.15] Retinoids go deep into skin where they stimulate cell division. [01:42.35] This has two effect: repairing the top layer of skin and promoting the production of collagen, [01:49.48] a protein that makes skin supple. [01:53.19] Botox: Botox type A is becoming a top choice in Asia.
