倾听自己的内心 You are the answer

If you take a look back on your life and bring things all the way to where you are now, if you are really honest with yourself, and I mean brutally honest. You know that you haven't been living up to your true potential.

回顾一下自己的人生，复盘过去发生的事情，如果你对自己非常坦诚的话，你心里应该很清楚，你没有发挥出自己真正的潜力。

And the thing is, the world is not to blame. Not your spouse, not your parents, not your employer, not the education system, none of those things are to blame.

最重要的是，你不应该指责这个世界。你的配偶、父母、老板、教育体系，他们都不是问题的所在。

Deep down inside, you are too afraid to admit that where you are at your life right now, is the result of you. Your decisions, your mindset, and all your habits have led you to your current reality.

在内心深处，你很害怕，以至于不愿承认，你现在的处境是自己一手造成的。你的决定、你的心态以及你所有的习惯，导致了你现在这种境况。

And the fact is, you have been living by everybody else's rules, their thoughts and their perspectives. And it has led you to this point of your life where you know you can't continue to go on like this. There has to be something else.

事实上，你一直遵循着其他人的规则、想法和观点。这让你渐渐意识到，你不能再这样下去了。生活中一定还有其他重要的事。

So here's what I need you to do today. I need you to listen to that voice that's been crying out to you for years. The voice that's been buried underneath the expectations of everyone else.

所以，下面这些就是今天我要让你做的事情。我要你认真倾听一下这些年来内心抱怨的声音，认真倾听一下自己内心中被其他人的期望所掩盖的声音。

The voice that's been speaking to you, saying "I'm tired of living like this way. I'm tired of not pursuing my dreams. I'm tired of holding back the greatness that's within me. I know I'm capable of so much more."

你要认真倾听，这种声音一直在你心中回荡：我厌倦了这样的生活，我讨厌这样的自己，不追求梦想，压抑内心的巨大潜力。我知道我能做得更多。

It's time to listen to that voice. You've listened to the voice of your friends long enough. You've listened to the voice of your family long enough, to society long enough, to everything else but you long enough.

是时候听听心中的那个声音了。长久以来，你一直在倾听外界的声音，朋友、家人和社会……你倾听其他这一切的声音已经够久了，唯独没有认真倾听你自己的内心。

How many times as someone or something else stop you from taking action? How many times have you look back and thought yourself "what would happen if I push forward instead of allowing the circumstances of life to push me backwards?" How many times have you put your trust in others, instead of having an unwavering belief in yourself?

你有多少次想采取行动却被外界所阻止?回首往事，你这样想过多少次：如果我不断向前，而没有被外界阻止，那将会怎样?你有多少次把信任押注在别人身上，而不是坚定地相信自己?

You are the answer. That voice inside you is the answer. It's time to trust that energy inside you that's making you uncomfortable with being average. You know that force that proves to you that you are not meant to be like everyone else. It's time to align yourself with who you are and what you are purposed to do.

你就是答案。你内心的那个声音就是答案。现在是时候相信你内心的能量了，这种能量会让你对自己的平庸感到无所适从。你知道那种力量，它昭示着你与众不同。是时候与真正的自己为伍，做自己本该做的事情了。
