[01:38.26]who had struggled just to find the courage to live for the past year?

[01:42.75]Curious, she asked the driver, “Why do you say that you envy me?”

[01:48.43]The driver responded, “It must feel good to be taken care of and protected like you are.”

[01:55.76]Susan had no idea what the driver was talking about, and again asked, “What do you mean?”

[02:03.64]The driver answered, “You know, every morning for the past week,

[02:08.56]a fine looking gentleman in a military uniform has been standing across the corner

[02:13.97]watching you as you get off the bus.

[02:16.37]He makes sure you cross the street safely and he watches until you enter your office building.

[02:22.50]Then he blows you a kiss, gives you a little salute and walks away. You are one lucky lady.”

[02:29.06]Tears of happiness poured down Susan's cheeks.

[02:33.32]For although she couldn't physically see him, she had always felt Mark's presence.

[02:38.52]She was lucky, so lucky, for he had given her a gift more powerful than sight,

[02:44.75]a gift she didn't need to see to believe—

[02:48.03]the gift of love that can bring light where there is darkness.
