[00:25.38]He told the boy to watch the circles created by the stone. [00:29.33]Then he asked the boy to think of myself as that stone. [00:33.92]“You may create lots of splashes in your life, [00:38.08]but the waves that come from those splashes [00:41.17]will disturb the peace of all your fellow creatures,” he said. [00:46.39]“Remember that you are responsible for what you put in your circle [00:51.44]and that circle will also touch many other circles.” [00:55.15]“You will need to live in a way [00:58.00]that allows the good that comes from your circle [01:00.95]to send the peace of that goodness to others. [01:04.00]The splash that comes from anger or jealousy [01:07.15]will send those feelings to other circles. [01:10.03]You are responsible for both.” [01:13.96]That was the first time the boy realized [01:16.77]that each person creates the inner peace or discord [01:20.05]that flows out into the world. [01:21.62]We cannot create world peace [01:24.76]if we are riddled with inner conflict, hatred, doubt, or anger. [01:29.17]We radiate the feelings and thoughts that we hold inside, [01:33.95]whether we speak them or not. [01:35.95]Whatever is splashing around inside of us is spilling out into the world, [01:41.42]creating beauty or discord with all other circles of life.
