Andrew： What is your salary at present?

Gary： My present wage is 70,000 dollars per year.

Andrew： What are your salary expectations now?

Gary： I like to be paid more than that. Hopefully, 100,000 dollars per year.

Andrew： That's a little more than we had planned.

Gary： I think you'll find I'm worth that.

Andrew： I can only offer you 80,000 dollars a year. Raises will be given after three-month probation according to your performance. Is that satisfactory?

Gary： Yes, it is quite reasonable. What kind of benefits are we talking about?

Andrew： Our standard package includes health insurance , vacation and transportation allowance .

Gary： How much holiday time do you give your employees every year?

Andrew： Our employees receive fifteen days of paid vacation every year. If you don't use the full fifteen days, they carry over to the following year.

Gary： How about sick days?

Andrew： You get five paid sick days.

Gary： Any other benefits?

Andrew： Yes, we have an excellent retirement plan.
