A customs officer stops Evan's car and asks him to step out.

一名海关官员要艾凡停车并且请他走出车外。

C:Excuse me, sir. Would you please get out of the car?

海关：先生，麻烦一下，可否请你下车?

E:Sure, officer, but, why?

艾凡：没问题，长官，但是，为什么呢?

C:May I see your passport and driver's license, please?

E:Yes, sure. Here you are. Do you want to see my girlfriend's, too?

C:In a minute. What is your birth date, Mr. Whiting?

C:Thank you. Your papers all check out. I'm sorry to trouble you, Mr. Whiting, but I'll have to ask you to pull the car over there.

E:Is something wrong, officer?

C:This is a random road check we're doing. Please pull your car over to that building, park it, leave the keys in the ignition, and then proceed inside. There are chairs there for you to sit on. We'll be checking your car. It will take about 10 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

E:No, that's OK. Uh, are you going to keep our passports?

E:I see. Thank you. I'll pull the car over now.
