　　小熊由于严格遵守学校的rules， 而当上了bus patrol officer也就是学校班车的督查，以确保大家都能在乘坐班车时能好好坐好，以保证自己的安全，然后大家都让bear给他开后门。朋友在这时总会说，我以为我们是朋友，你可以.....。但是bear同学总是说rules are rules. 以此开罪了所有的朋友，bear很烦恼，他做好了自己的本职工作，但是朋友却都不理他了。后来富兰克林当上了督查，大家都疯狂的玩耍导致司机先生都无法集中精神开车。本课告诉孩子们要遵守记录，很多rules真的是为了你的人生安全，你的朋友会很严格，但是不应该因此而影响了你们的友谊。

　　Franklin and the Bus Patrol

　　Franklin could count by twos ans tie his shoes. He liked base ball and soccer and always try to play by the rules. But making sure that his friends followed the rules was a responsibility Franklin wasn't quite prepared for.

　　Get ready, Rabbit. I'm going to hit it a mile!

　　The Bus Patrol Officer's job is to make sure that everyone is riding the bus in a safe manner.

　　Wow! Look at the neat badge! It's even made of real metal!

　　Being a Bus Patrol office is an honour, and also a big responsibility. IF anyone disabeys the rule, you'll have to give them a ticket. And anyone who receives too many tickets will not earn the honour of becoming a Trusty the Bus Rider Pal. Alright then, class... can anyone, um, besides Bear, that is, tell me rule number five?

　　I got a ticked for making too much noise.

　　And I got one for sticking my wing out the window. I just wanted to see if was raining.

　　He got me into trouble for running across the road to get on the bus.

　　If I was Bus Patorl Officer, I wouldn't get my friends into trouble.

　　Yeah, too bad Mr. Owl didn't pick you, Franklin.

　　Yeah, Franklin wouldn't give us ticket.

　　That's right.

　　He'd be the best Bus Patrol Officer ever.

　　Bear, you've done a wonderful job as Bus Patrol Officer these last two weeks.I hope you don't mind if I ask someone else to take a turn?

　　No, I don't mind it at all.

　　I nomiate Franklin to be the Bus Patorl Officer.

　　Yeah- I vote for Franklin.
