“请人帮忙”千万不要说“Can you help me”

这样的说法是很不礼貌的!

为什么呢?

提问时，情态动词的选择其实很重要。比如我们会经常用到can、could和would这三个情态动词，它们在使用的时候在意思上其实是不同的。

Can - “can you help me?” which means are you able to help?

用can提问can you help me?时就有问你有没有帮助我的能力的意思

Could -“could you help me?” which means is it possible for you to help?

用could提问could you help me?时就有你有没有可能帮我一下的意思

Would -“would you help me?” which means are you willing to help?

用would提问would you help me?就有问你愿不愿帮忙的意思

其他情态动词也有可能出现，但这三个是在寻求帮助时最常见的情态动词。如果你在寻求帮助时需要表现得很有礼貌，比如在和同事、老板或客户谈话时，就建议你用“would you mind”(你介意吗?)

Could you possibly...

后接动词原形请求对方做某些明确的行为，适用于日常生活。使用possibly非常委婉，意思是“可能地”，有一种弱弱的感觉，你可能会帮助我一下吗?

例:

Could you possibly tell me what the homework assignment is?

你能不能告诉我有什么作业?

Could you possibly take care of my pet cat while I'm away?

我不在时，你能不能照看一下我的宠物猫呢?

怎样对向你求助的人表示“可以”?

No problem.

没问题。

Sure.

当然。

My pleasure.

我的荣幸。

I'd be glad to help you.

我很乐意帮助你。

表示“没有理由不同意”，也可以翻译为“当然”、“很愿意”。
