We`re starting in Boston, Massachusetts, though, where the fate of a Boston marathon terrorist bomber is in the hands of a jury.

首先我们今天的新闻来说马萨诸塞州的波士顿，波士顿爆炸案的袭击者的命运现在掌握在陪审团手中。

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, he`s already been found guilty of 30 counts. They include an act of terrorism involving weapons of mass destruction which happened at the Boston marathon on April 15th, 2013. The counts include the murders of four people and the injuries of hundreds more. Seventeen counts carry a possible death sentence.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev目前已经被指控30项罪名。其中包括在2013年4月15日波士顿马拉松爆炸案中使用大规模杀伤性武器。该起爆炸案造成包括谋杀者在内的4人死亡还有数百人受伤。其中17项罪名可能被判处死刑。

Prosecutors argued that Tsarnaev was a remorseless terrorist worthy of the death penalty, while the defense said he was repentant and deserves to be spared. Jurors have to unanimously agree to return a death sentence. Otherwise, Tsarnaev will spend the rest of his life in prison without parole.

检察官认为Tsarnaev是一位无情的恐怖主义者应该实行死刑，而其辩护律师称他现在已知道悔改应该给他一次集会。陪审团一致认为应该判处Tsarnaev死刑。否则，Tsarnaev将会在监狱中度过他余下的一生，并且没有假释。
