A:我们打算和你们一起建立一家大规模的纺 织品合资企业，怎么样啊?

B: We are pleased to tell you that the project proposal has been approved by our authority. It takes so long for research and investigation. Now that we have the background, let's discuss how to set up the joint venture.

A: I think that the first problem for us to discuss is the total amount and proportion of investment. Let's settle down the problem at first.
