第十七课 生活的乐趣
Joy in living comes from having fine emotions,trusting them，giving them the freedom of a bird inthe open.
生活的乐趣来自于快乐的情绪，信赖并放任这些情绪，就像鸟儿在野外自由飞翔一般。
Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or puton from the outside as a mask.
生活的乐趣是无法靠摆姿态或罩上面具来伪装的。
People who have this joy do not need to talk about it;they radiate it.
有生活乐趣的人无须把生活乐趣挂在嘴上，因为这些人全身都会散发出这种气息。
They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glow into other lives as naturally asa bird sings.
他们只需感受自己的快乐，并用这种快乐如同鸟儿歌唱的方式，自然而然地感染别人，使他布门感受到快乐的阳光和热力。
And those who have and exhibit the joy of living are never those who have been without care,sorrow, failure, disappointment，and discouragement.
而那些拥有并展现出生活乐趣的人，绝不是那此没有忙虑、痛苦、失败、失望与沮丧的人。
They are rather those who have suffered and conquered, and who are willing to bear theirshare of the vicissitudes of life uncomplainingly.
相反地，他们是那些曾吃过苦头也成功过的一群人，无怨无悔地承担人生的大起大落。
The joy of living never comes to the frivolous，the superficial, the selfish.
做事轻率、肤浅而又自私的人从不会有生活的乐趣。
We can never get it by working for it directly.

It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher.
