In televised remarks, he said any cessation of hostilities should be aim to create stability and stop called terrorists from strengthen their positions.

“We’ve been hearing them talk about cease fire within a week, from a practical perspective, that is difficult to implement. Any cessation of operation must be done with the aim of improving security situation and reaching reconciliation or resettlement.”

The UN Special envoy to Syria Stephen Demusdura has arrived Damask to try to help to achieve the ceasefire. United Nations has condemned air strike among several hospitals and schools in northern Syria which says to kill almost 50 people including children. 3 hospitals were destroyed in the attacks. The air strikes have been widely blamed by Russia. A spokesmen from the medical charity MSF Sam Taylor said one of it’s field hospital in Itela Province was deliberately targeted.

“The hospital was attacked by 4 missiles intrusive with minutes of each other this morning which lead us to believe that is a deliberatively attack and that was not an accidental attack, it was deliberate. So the relentless suffering of those people who might be deprived from medical care in the war-torn region is extremely way worse.

The Syrian diplomats said the hospital was hit by a US air strike. Reports from Syria say the Kurdish led forces have captured the town of Refat from Islamic rebels. Observers said the Syrian Democratic forces in alliance with Kurdish WPG forces and Arable fighters brought the town under their control after days of intense fighting and Russia air strikes.

France extremely concerns about the prime minister's push to protect non-Euro countries from Euro zone regulations. Fair enough, you might say, most EU countries use the Euro, why should they be allowed to gang up to the disadvantage of non-Euro countries like Britain. But France thinks David Cameron is being sneaky, that what he wants is a special deal for the city of London, that what he wants is a back door veto on wider Euro zone legislation.
