Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad has cast doubt on whether a ceasefire proposed for later this week can be implemented. The cessation of hostility was agreed by world Paris in a security meeting in Munich last week. But President al-Assad said the cease fire did not mean that each party will stop using weapons. In televised remarks, he said any cessation of hostilities should be aim to create stability and stop called terrorists from strengthen their positions.

The UN Special envoy to Syria Stephen Demusdura has arrived Damask to try to help to achieve the ceasefire. United Nations has condemned air strike among several hospitals and schools in northern Syria which says to kill almost 50 people including children. 3 hospitals were destroyed in the attacks. The air strikes have been widely blamed by Russia. A spokesmen from the medical charity MSF Sam Taylor said one of it’s field hospital in Itela Province was deliberately targeted.

Now only 10,000 daily penguins have left in that area. The iceberg has blocked their access to their natural feeding waters and now they have to walk 6km to feed. The scientists from university of New South Wales say this is impeding penguins breeding attempts. They’ve seen 1000 carcasses and abandoned eggs.
