decide和determine都是表示“决定”。在语气方面，determine比decide要更坚定。在用法上区别不大，具体如下：

take advantage of...表示“利用”，take good advantage of..表示“好好利用”，take full advantage of表示“充分利用”

B: Yes, I think so too. How about you? Have you made any decisions yet?

是的，我也这样想你呢，已经做了什么决定吗？

A: Well, I have decided to travel to Europe this summer holiday.

是的，我已经决定在这个暑假去欧洲游。

B: Alone?

你一个人吗？

A: I would like that very much. But my parents feel worried about me, so I have to go with my classmates.

B: Your parents are right, it's safer.

all along表示“自始至终”，相当于all the time
